My yoga practice of 7 years has taught me to breathe properly. I see yoga as a breathing moving meditation that can be a tool to access mindfulness. I believe in teaching functionally and encouraging movement in a way that works with each and every body rather than than forcing a shape. Come to my classes to ground in nightime yin or to focus on creating heat in a powered up flow.
I work full time as a Landscape Designer and enjoy the consistency of stillness yoga has offered to my life. I grew up in the Cayman Islands and completed my yoga training in the UK.
